Abstract:Sclerosing epithelioid fibrosarcoma (SEF) is a rare subtype of sarcoma with high rates of local recurrence and distant metastasis. Morphologically, it resembles other mesenchymal and non-mesenchymal tumors, making it a diagnostic challenge.
