Abstract:Ovarian Sex Cord Stromal Tumors are a group of predominantly benign neoplasms that develop from the sex cord, stromal cells or both, the incidence of which is extremely rare. 1 Sclerosing stromal tumors are those that get up from mesenchymal cells in the ovarian stroma.
