Abstract:The term “scoop” is used in journalism to describe an important story being revealed exclusively by a news outlet or other media concern. The highest value scoop often requires some prowess in investigative reporting, and is in the public interest. But in today's networked world, the “must read” scoop requires additional dimensions.
