Two challenges that are common to most creativity assessments are subjectivity (raters don't always agree on what's creative) and labor cost (raters often have to score thousands of responses by hand)-both of which pose threats to the reliable and valid assessment of creativity (Barbot, 2018;Forthmann, Holling, Zandi, et al, 2017;Reiter-Palmon, Forthmann, & Barbot, 2019).
