Abstract:Gardenia jasminoides Ellis. polysaccharide (GPS) can protect against cholestatic liver injury (CLI) by regulating nuclear farnesoid X receptor (FXR).However, the mechanism via which GPS mediates the FXR pathway remains unclear.
