Abstract:Simulation Analysis and Modeling II (SAAM II) is a graphical modeling software used in life sciences for compartmental model analysis, particularly, but not exclusively, appreciated in pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD), metabolism, and tracer modeling.
