von Braun‐Rudolf Synthesis

Abstract: The preparation of substituted tetrazoles by the treatment of imidyl chlorides with anhydrous hydrazoic acid in benzene or chloroform, is generally known as the von Braun‐Rudolf reaction, von Braun‐Rudolf synthesis, or von Braun–Rudolf tetrazole synthesis.
