Abstract:Objective: This study aimed to examine the in vitro xanthine oxidase inhibitory activity of 12 plants commonly used as gout medicines by the Indonesian people.
Methods: The measurement of xanthine oxidase enzyme inhibitory activity was using UV spectrophotometry.
