Abstract: Se doping and sulfur vacancies improve the intrinsic catalytic activity of CuCo2S3.68Se0.32. The optimized CuCo2S3.68Se0.32 exhibits excellent HER and OER performance in alkaline media and requires 1.52 V at 10 mA cm−2 for overall water splitting.
