Seamless Phase Ii/Iii Clinical Trials With Covariate Adaptive Randomization

Abstract: There is an urgent need to evaluate new therapies in a time-sensitive and cost-effective manner. We propose the adaptive seamless phase II/III clinical trials with covariate adaptive randomization (CAR) to satisfy this urgent need.
