Abstract:The article poses the problem of harmonization of freedom and justice in modern socially-oriented states. The author carries out a theoretical analysis of the relationship between freedom and justice and concludes that, despite the difference between the two concepts, they are interconnected and interdependent and, therefore, compatible.
