Searching Strategies with Low Computational Costs for Multiple-Vehicle Bike Sharing System Routing Problem

Abstract: We have already proposed a multiple-vehicle bike sharing system routing problem (mBSSRP) to adjust the number of bicycles at each port using multiple vehicles in short time. However, there are many strict constraints in the mBSSRP, thus it is difficult to obtain feasible solutions of the mBSSRP for some instances. To obtain feasible solutions of the mBSSRP, we have proposed a mBSSRP with soft constraints (mBSSRP-S) that removes some constraints from mBSSRP and appends violations to an objective function as pen… Show more

“…Tourists will visit the water scenic spots along a certain tour route within the scheduled time; thus, the tour route is also the key to influence tourists' activities, since moving and ferrying among scenic spots is an important part of an itinerary. Therefore, tour route planning plays a very important role in tourism activities [17][18][19].…”

“…The process of traveling in the city is a series of activities in geographical space. Before the tourists arrive at the tourist city, the system first recommends the best scenic water spots for the tourists [27][28][29][30][31]. The optimization degree of the scenic water spots is reflected on two levels: the first level is optimal, in satisfying the tourists' interests; the second level has optimal accessibility in the tourism space.…”
