Seasonal Changes in the Antioxidant Activity and Biochemical Parameters of Goat Milk

Abstract: Goats are ubiquitous, including in hot and dry regions, while also being very sensitive to climate fluctuations, expressed in temperature differences. This affects their productivity and milk quality.
