Second Case of Tumors Associated With Heterozygous NTHL1 Variant

Abstract: Homozygous mutations to NTHL1 are known to increase cancer risk, particularly in the colon and breast. NTHL1 tumor syndrome (NTS) is an autosomal recessive genetic condition.
