Second Toe Deformity Correction

Abstract: Second toe metatarsophalangeal joint overload produces a spectrum of deformities, starting with metatarsalgia and synovitis, progressing to plantar plate and collateral ligament attenuation and rupture, leading finally to crossover toe deformity and joint subluxation and dislocation.
