Second trimester therapeutic abortion using mifepristone and oral misoprostol in a woman with two previous caesarean sections and a cone biopsy

Abstract: Most regimes for medical termination use an antiprogesterone and a vaginal prostaglandin. Concern remains about its safety in women with previous caesarean births. We present a case of successful therapeutic mid‐trimester termination in a woman with two previous caesarean births and cervical surgery using an antiprogesterone and an oral prostaglandin. J.
