Abstract:Bacterial and fungal secondary and co-infections are commonly identified with viral respiratory infections. This study was undertaken to determine the incidence and factors associated with bacterial and fungal infections in patients with COVID-19 as well as antibiotics prescription patterns within the first and second waves of the outbreak in Malaysia.
