Abstract: Secondary central nervous system lymphoma is a complication from non-Hodgkin lymphoma not very well known. NHL can present in a variety of neurological clinical presentations varying from primary central nervous system lymphoma to complications from a systemic disease like metastasis or peripheral nerve involvement.
