Abstract:Linburg-Comstock syndrome is an acquired symptomatic restrictive thumb index finger flexor tenosynovitis involving a hypertrophic tenosynovium between flexor pollicis longus and flexor digitorum profundus. Patients may report synkinetic movement of the thumb and index finger, pain and swelling.
