Abstract: Purpose of reviewSecondary hyperoxaluria is associated with poor kidney allograft outcomes after the kidney transplant. Calcium oxalate (CaOx) deposition is common in early allograft biopsies leading to acute tubular necrosis and poor kidney allograft function.
