Abstract: Background To assess awareness of contraceptive methods, understanding of HIV/AIDS prevention and perception of HIV risk among secondary school students in Tanzania. Methods An anonymous self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among secondary school students in 2017 in Tanzania.
