Secondary stroke prevention among stroke survivors in Riyadh city, Saudi Arabia

Abstract: Objectives: To assess knowledge about secondary stroke and adherence to stroke discharge medication and prevention strategies among stroke survivors, and to identify possible causes of poor adherence.
