Abstract:Summary: Hypothalamic terminals were investigated in the rat posterior pituitary (PP). Injection of wheat germ agglutinin conjugated horseradish peroxidase (WGA-HRP) and co-injection of WGA-HRP with Rab3A-siRNA were made into the hypothalamus, respectively.
