Secukinumab‐induced IgA vasculitis in a patient with psoriatic arthritis

Abstract: ObjectivesSecukinumab (SEC) is an effective and widely used drug in psoriatic disease and axial spondyloarthritis. However, SEC has been found to be associated with inflammatory conditions and vasculitis.
