Secure DNA data compression using algebraic curves

Abstract: Artículo de publicación ISIA system that achieves compression using artificial DNA packaging with the support of two algebraic curves is presented, whereby the Hermitian channel code algorithm introduces gain and safety. Additionally, performance results are presented with a gain of 7 dB against uncoded quadrature phase shift keying and 1 dB against McEliece, for a bit error rate of 10(-3). The results of the security levels compared with the McEliece system are also presented.Project USACH/Dicyt 061413SG … Show more

“…code it would be 24 bits, but by using Table 1 it is reduced to 18 bits [33]. Assume that the carrier S c has δ 1 = 5 * 5 = 25 bits, 18 bits of which are data d, i.e.…”

“…In relation to this paper, our team has published original models of underground channels [24][25][26][27][28]. Additionally, before the pandemic, we produced papers on DNA [29][30][31] and work on MIMO [32][33][34]. Pathogens will always be around humans, so it is crucial to conduct channel studies that allow us to transfer information under any circumstance in a secure and fast manner.…”
