Improving and strengthening the various factors of the financial investment system to improve the entire investment system has become an important part of modern economic development. This research is based on block‐chain and cloud computing on the evaluation of corporate financial investment environment. It aims to fully apply the advantages of block‐chain and computing technology to conduct a thorough analysis of corporate financial investment environment and increase the stability of corporate financial investment decisions. Provide economic benefits to a certain extent. The article mainly analyzes the status quo, influencing factors, and evaluation principles of the financial investment environment, and combines the advantages of cloud computing and block‐chain in data acquisition and processing applications to conduct experiments; this research constructs a structural correlation model between the enterprise and the external environment, and investment business data process and cloud computing and financial investment information organization structure model, which can visually present specific investment operation details, and so on; formulate comprehensive evaluation indicators for regional investment, and focus on the role of the institutional environment based on the analysis of the role of regional factors on the regional development of the enterprise. The research results show that cloud computing technology and block‐chain technology have greatly improved the construction of financial investment data whether it is intertemporal, predictive or follow‐up. From the data inspection results, the maximum value of this performance has been expanded from the original 5.98 to 9.27; from the perspective of computational performance, it has been increased from 5.98 to 9.27.

In order to promote the orderly development of cities and realize social public interests, a design method of a land reserve-oriented multimedia information management system is proposed. It is of great practical significance to integrate and sort out the whole process of land reserve projects through spatial information platform, effectively manage land reserve, land supply, and planning information, improve the utilization rate of land resources, and provide information support and decision-making basis for land expropriation and land registration and certification. By combining scattered information resources, integrated into a unified information service platform, realize the unified update and maintenance of all kinds of data, increase the reusability of data, and avoid data synchronization between the two levels of urban land reserve departments and the resulting waste of resources. After three tests and modifications on 50 devices, successfully increased the operation success rate from 86% to 100%, and a complete and effective land reserve multimedia information management system has been successfully developed. In order to better do the handover and transition of the reserve work, it is necessary to integrate, update, and improve the historical and existing reserve projects and build a unified and standardized land reserve geographic information database, so as to effectively promote the sharing and application of information resources.

This study analyzes the impact of securitization on the soundness of financial institutions through the two main securitization products in Brazil: Credit Rights Investment Funds (FIDC) and Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRI). On the basis of a panel data analysis regarding 92 financial institutions from 2003 to 2016, we performed several regressions for different samples and methods. The findings suggest that securitization may increase the insolvency risk. In particular, we observe that the effect on the insolvency risk caused by securitization from CRI operations is higher than from FIDC operations.
