Sedentarism and Metabolic Syndrome: Broadening the measurement of sedentarism

Abstract: The metabolic syndrome (MS) is a combination of cardiovascular risk factors, including visceral obesity, low HDL cholesterol level, increased triglycerides, hyperglycemia and high blood pressure.
