Segmentation for Image Indexing and Retrieval on Discrete Cosines Domain

Abstract: AbstrakDalam artikel ini digunakan teknik region growing untuk proses segmentasi pada citra DC. Dengan menggunakan teknik region growing pada citra DC akan mengurangi jumlah region yang akan digunakan dalam proses pengindeksan citra. Teknik ini akan mengurangi waktu pemrosesan dalam membuat kunci indeks.
