Segmentation of Complementary DNA Microarray Images using Marker-Controlled Watershed Technique

Abstract: DNA microarray image processing becomes a viable branch of bioinformatics, its importance stems from the fact that it allows viewing and measuring tens of thousands of genes concurrently.
