Abstract: ObjectiveTuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) is a neurodevelopmental disorder caused by autosomal‐dominant pathogenic variants in either the TSC1 or TSC2 gene, and it is characterized by hamartomas in multiple organs, such as skin, kidney, lung, and brain.
