Abstract:Generating self-accelerating pulses and solitons simultaneously is often challenging since nonlinearities tend to disrupt the self-accelerating structure of the pulses. The linear and nonlinear propagation of the Airyprime pulse with spectral quadratic phase modulation (QPM) is investigated.
