Selected Human Resources Factors as Determinants of Performance Management Framework Implementation in Kenya

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to examine human resource factors on implementation of performance management framework in Kenya and, specifically, at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH).
