Selection of corporate strategic and operational decisions based on the strategic orientation of informatization: an experimental study

Abstract: This paper firstly divides the enterprise informatization strategy into three objectives, namely cost (C), time (T) and performance (P), so as to form a triangle with mutual constraints and equilibrium.
