Abstract:Aliphatic polyamines (putrescin, spermidine, spermine and cadaverine) play an important role in the induction of neoplastic processes leading to cell malignancy. In malignantly transformed cells, a high level of aliphatic polyamines has been observed, which ensures their steady anaplastic growth.
