Abstract:We compared cytotoxic activity of blood mononuclear leukocytes from healthy donors and lymphokine-activated killer cells generated from them towards tumor and normal cells. Lymphokine-activated killer cells exhibited higher (in comparison with blood mononuclear leukocytes) killer activity towards tumor cells.
