Abstract:This study addresses the molecular mechanisms behind JAK inhibitors (JAKi)' epigenetic regulation of IFN-γ-induced genes in macrophages, key players in controlling inflammation in chronic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and COVID-19.
