Selective ion exchange polymers

Abstract: The current trends i n the synthesis o f selective i o n exchange polymers are presented i n the order o f functional polymers incorporating oxygen, nitrogen, phosphorous and s u l f u r ligands and also macrocyclic ligands. polymers incorporating hydroxyoximes, aminophenols, polyethyleneimines, selective anion exchange resins incorporating pseudocrown ethers, or isothiourea groups and polymeric crown ethers are discussed i n d e t a i l .
