“…The absence of an MoO 3 phase or Mo metal in the lattice ZnO:Mo:In was confirmed by both XRD and EDS techniques. These results are in good agreement with those of Woo et al [20], indicating no phase of MoO 3 and complete doping Mo in the lattices of ZnO:Mo:In thin films. The EDS analysis showed the presence of indium at different binding energies of low intensities, which was not revealed by XRD [30][31][32].…”

“…They could be attributed to oxygen deficiency and/or oxygen adsorption phenomena in the form of molecule and atoms: O À 2 ; O À et O 2À [20,29]. The mass analysis of the compounds under investigation by EDS revealed the presence of O, Zn and In chemical elements doping to low intensities (Fig.…”

“…ZnO can be synthesized at different single crystal forms, such as, thin films [4,5], and it is enriched with number of one-dimensional morphologies, including nanobelts [6], nanowire [7,8] and nano rod [9]. The use of single crystal substrates for the growth of ZnO nanostructures makes the ZnO as ideal platform for development of electronics applications.…”

“…Hydrogen sulfide (H 2 S) is a representative inflammable gas and exists in nature or is generated industrially in areas such as natural gas processing, petroleum refining, petrochemical plants, kraft mills, coke ovens, and coal gasifiers [1][2][3][4]. Exposure to low concentration of H 2 S is known to affect the human nervous system and may cause loss of consciousness up to death by chemical asphyxiation.…”
