Abstract:This paper reports the formation of coacervates by the electrostatic interaction of poly (diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA) and adenosine triphosphate (ATP) in aqueous solution, examining its formation conditions, stability, and efficiency in separation. The ideal concentration for creating coacervate droplets in pure water, HEPES buffer, and NaCl solution was determined to be 20 mM of PDDA and ATP.
