Abstract

Organo-selenium compounds S 0130 Selenylated Dienes: Synthesis, Stereochemical Studies by 77 Se NMR, and Transformation into Functionalized Allenes. -A general access to 2-phenylselanyl-1,3-dienes along with determination of the stereochemistry by 77 Se NMR is developed. These dienes are transformed via oxidation/ [1,3]-sigmatropic rearrangement into various functionalized allenes such as allenyl alcohols, allenyl carbamates and 1-haloalkylallenes. -(REDON, S.; BERKAOUI, A.-L.
