Self-assessment for physician competencies in A medical school graduates cohorts

Abstract: Objectives This study aims to investigate the self-assessment of physician competencies of medical school graduates and explore their competence development and the impact of medical school education. Methods Medical school graduates in the last 10 years (2012-2021) were classified into 10 cohorts according to their graduation year.
