“…The interventions based on the Roy adaptation Model in these studies included the training -care program , training -counseling (18,26,31) and the training-supportive intervention (26,42). Most of the studies have shown that educating patients and their families have a great effect on the basic concepts of the Roy's model (17,19,41,44,47); however, education alone cannot lead to chronic disease control.
