Self-Efficacy Impact of the Mini-Cex among Nursing Students in North Sumatera, Indonesia

Abstract: Background: Mini-CEX is a popular workplace exam that includes direct observation and a feedback conversation. This evaluation occurs in a workplace setting as part of the daily work.
