Abstract:This study evaluated the self‐healing characteristics of superabsorbent polymers (SAP) in epoxy polyamide paint systems applied using brush application. The SAP underwent preliminary characterization to determine its primary properties and was then incorporated into the epoxy primer at different percentages.
