Abstract:In order to overcome the commercialized silicone‐based thermal interface materials' issues such as oil leakage and mechanical damage, we developed a thermoset silicone rubber matrix (SR) achieved through the condensation reaction of hydroxyl silicone oil and tetraethyl silicate.
