Self-Management of Type 2 Diabetes: The Lived Experience of Older Adults With Life-Altering Complications

Abstract: Date Presented 4/17/2015 Findings of a phenomenological study conducted to explore perceptions of participants’ lived experiences of self-management issues that contribute to or prevent complications secondary to their Type 2 diabetes are presented to help educate others working with people who live with Type 2 diabetes.
