Selvskading og personlighetsforstyrrelser

Abstract: Denne kliniske kasuistikken er typisk for pasientgruppen med ustabil personlighetsforstyrrelse og selvskading. Pasienten brukte selvskading for å regulere og lindre opplevelse av stress. Vi som arbeider med pasienter med personlighetsforstyrrelser, møter nesten daglig selvskading og suicidalitet og må utrede denne problematikken hos alle pasientene. Телесные самоповреждения обычно наносят без умысла суицида [13] как форма выражения гнева, либо с целью себя наказать, либо вызвать (часто в ответ на возникшую диссоциацию) естественные ощущения, либо отвлечь себя от субъективно чрезвычайных эмоциональных переживаний (эмоциональной боли) или субъективно трудных жизненных обстоятельств.
