Seminal plasma protein profiles based on molecular weight from different bull breeds as a potential ovulatory induction factor

Abstract: Seminal plasma is a specific biochemical compound that affects fertility. This study attempts to characterize bull breeds’ seminal plasma (SP) proteins with possible ovulatory induction factor (OIF) activity. The breed samples originated from Friesian Holstein (FH), Belgian Blue Cross (BBx), and Ongole Grade (OG). Centrifug the sperm for 30 minutes at 12,000 rpm.
