This research is about Palembang local wisdom, focusing on Songket fabric. This research looks at the influence of acculturation of Arabic, Chinese, and Bangka cultures in the past on Palembang Songket motifs, especially seen from social, artistic and cultural factors. Thus, the purpose of the research is to examine how the management of the conservation of Palembang's local wisdom culture through understanding how the influence of acculturation in the past has created several Songket motifs that exist today. The method of data collection in this research is by using questionnaires to 100 selected respondents and semi-structured interviews to several key informants. By using SPSS version 25 to process and analyse the data, it was found that the interaction between people from foreign countries in the past and Palembang people has contributed to the existence of Songket motifs that exist today. Mainly due to social factors, art, and customs, about 50.4% influenced overall. In addition, the study shows that the conservation management of Palembang Songket culture is carried out by applying the conservation function.

Limbah pembungkus kertas rokok adalah limbah yang mudah ditemukan di lingkungan sekitar. Limbah ini belum banyak diolah kembali oleh masyarakat menjadi benda seni seperti canting cap. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motif khas dari Desa Kedungbanteng serta menciptakan canting cap dengan motif tersebut menggunakan limbah kertas rokok. Desa Kedungbanteng dipilih karena memiliki ciri khas yang berpotensi menjadi identitas untuk divisualisasikan menjadi motif batik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode milik SP Gustami yang meliputi tahap eksplorasi, tahap perancangan, dan tahap perwujudan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Desa Kedungbanteng memiliki ciri khas sebagai penghasil batok kelapa yang dibuat menjadi souvenir serta peralatan makan dan minum. Ditemukan juga adanya tumbuhan teratai dan hewan bajing yang dapat dijadikan sebagai motif canting cap. Dihasilkan juga 7 canting cap dengan motif bajing 1, bajing 2, teratai, rumput, biji-bijian, gelas batok kelapa, dan teko batok kelapa. Diharapkan canting cap ini dapat digunakan dan dikembangkan oleh masyarakat Desa Kedungbanteng sehingga memberi manfaat dalam pengembangan kreativitas dan perekonomian masyarakat.

Pekalongan is a region in Indonesia well-known for its batik production. The Pekalongan batik is rich in varieties of motifs, such as the Jlamprang, Liong, Terang Bulan, and Tujuh Rupa. The difficulty of distinguishing Pekalongan batik motifs for ordinary people causes the need for a model that can help recognize these motifs automatically based on input from digital images. This research aims to classify the Pekalongan batik motifs using a pre-trained Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), the Inception V3, and machine learning, the K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) algorithm. First, we extract the features from the digital image using the Inception V3 model, resulting in m x 2048 features, where m is the number of images. The extracted features generated from the Inception V3 model will be used as the dataset for the motif classification. We build models to classify the features using the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) with a K value of 5. In the classification process, we employ two distance metrics, the Euclidean and Manhattan distance, and analyze their performance using the 10-fold and 20-fold cross validation. The results of this study are the highest overall performace of accuracy (0.987), precision (0.987), and recall (0.987) produced by the Euclidean model.
