Senile purpura in a medically compromised patient

Abstract: Senile purpura, a hemorrhagic disorder, may be caused either by functional impairment of platelets/blood vessel walls, by thrombocytopenia, or by blood clotting mechanism defects. Chronic kidney disease is a condition with decreased glomerular filtration rate.
